Perhaps you’ve been working in the business for a few years. You’ve developed a small book of business but want to do more. We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate individual to join our well-established financial planning and investment management firm. Since 1968, Freedman Financial has served the personal financial planning needs of clients; most who live within a 15-mile radius of our Peabody office. We manage more than $400 Million for local families and maintain a comprehensive net worth statement for all of them. We’ve built a very strong presence in our community supported by a weekly radio show, and a weekly newsletter distributed to almost 6,000 subscribers, you can subscribe below.
If you’ve been looking to build a ‘real financial planning’ relationship with your clients, you’ll like how we do it at Freedman Financial. If the fit is right, we’ll look to transition a portion of our book of business for you to manage, grow and nurture. But before doing so, you would need to show evidence of your skills by transitioning your clients so that you could continue managing them through our firm. If you have at least $7 million in advisory assets we want to talk with you.
You’ll be supported by a team of professionals who have a “We Care…Deeply” approach to financial planning relationships.
- BS Degree
- Minimum three years of experience as a financial advisor
- Series 7 license
- CFP designation
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office Skills
- CRM experience (we use Redtail)
- Financial planning software experience (we use Emoney)
- Operations experience with a custodian platform (we use Clientworks through LPL Financial)
Compensation is dependent on:
- * Your financial planning and investment advisory skill set
- * The profitability of your transferred book of business
- * Your ability to ‘hit the ground running’
- * Servicing/Support of business that we transition to you
- * Ability to nurture referrals provided by the firm
- * Your ability to generate new business
