Last week, alongside members of our team and their families, we celebrated Christian Karcher's promotion to Partner at Freedman Financial.
Christian joined our firm in July 2017 after spending a year with a financial planning firm in Milwaukee. From the moment he arrived, we recognized his intelligence, professionalism, and eagerness to learn. We believed he would become an important part of our future, and over the past nine years he has exceeded every expectation.
Rather than immediately stepping into client-facing responsibilities, Christian immersed himself in learning our business from the inside out. He mastered the operational, planning, and service aspects of our practice while supporting our team and carefully observing how we work with clients. This foundation provided him with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional financial advice and service.
Along the way, Christian earned his Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation and further strengthened his expertise by obtaining the Tax Planning Certified Professional™ (TPCP™) designation. Over the past several years, he has become an integral part of our client relationships, working closely with families and helping many of our clients' children and younger generations navigate their own financial journeys.
Most importantly, Christian shares our commitment to putting clients first, building lasting relationships, and delivering thoughtful, comprehensive financial planning. His values, integrity, and dedication make him an ideal addition to our leadership team.
