Mary Kate Clement is an Assistant Vice President of Government Relations at LPL Financial, responsible for advancing the firm’s public policy priorities on Capitol Hill and serving as a conduit to Members of Congress and their staff.
Prior to joining LPL Financial, she oversaw public relations and crisis communications campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon in Washington, DC. Clement began her professional career on political campaigns.
Focusing primarily in swing states, including Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, she oversaw fundraising and general campaign strategy on some of the most competitive races in the country. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
